After a long trial period, the new PvPvE event Scavengers from veterans of the gaming industry is finally opening to a wide audience and is now available for free for everyone in the preliminary access on Steam and the Epic Games Store. Just download and play.
The game is taken care of by the same developers who worked on games like Halo, Battlefield or Battlefront, and you know that. The gameplay is brisk, a freezing world full of surprises, and hunting for the best loot is interesting enough to keep the player on the screen for a while. There are also interesting game systems, such as dangerous storms moving around the map, unique abilities of the heroes and a frantic end to each game thanks to the ship that has to get you off the planet.
